founder
Mr. Horn is a commercial law and litigation specialist with over 20 years of experience. He earned his B.Proc and LLB degrees from the University of the Free State, graduating with distinction in 1994. He practiced as an advocate in South Africa from 1995 until 2006, when he was admitted as an attorney with Right of Appearance in the High Court. He is also an Admitted Advocate in Lesotho.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Horn has personally appeared in every forum — from tribunals to the Supreme Court of Appeal — gaining extensive experience across both corporate and legal practice environments. He is well versed in cross-border transactions and is recognised for his commitment to excellence, integrity, and results.
